Ladysugar, one of LA’s hottest new sounds, combines the attitude and vocal prowess of Kelly Clarkson, funky guitars and synths of Rick James and the thick vocal harmonies of Destiny’s Child. The unique all-girl band consists of Ginny Jones (lead vocals), Jennifer Trani (lead guitar/back-up vocals), Lisa Mills (drums), Liz Bee (bass/back-up vocals) and Katy Norman (keyboard/back-up vocals). Ladysugar’s catchy original songs and high energy stage presence are regularly featured at The House of Blues in Hollywood and The Shore in Hermosa Beach, CA. They have played to full houses at numerous California venues, including The Key Club, The Mint, The Cat Club, Saint Rocke, The Good Hurt, Aura, Mag Theater, Cantina Lounge, and BuFest in Malibu.

After moving to Los Angeles, the five members were drawn to each other through a shared vision of playing in an all-female band. Jen is from Denver, Lisa moved from Oklahoma City, Liz is a native of Brazil, Katy came from Cleveland and Ginny is a Georgia peach. Learn more about Ladysugar here.
